Project Manager

OChK is a leading cloud services provider in Poland with extensive experience in advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity solutions. The company develops its proprietary OChK Platform and works with strategic partners Google and Microsoft to create scalable and secure environments following best market practices. OChK serves nearly 400 organizations across various sectors including public institutions, private companies, corporations, supervised entities, and startups.

• Minimum two years of experience managing IT projects on the service provider side for end clients
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, applications, and PaaS services
• Basic knowledge of IT production and deployment processes including CI/CD
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
• Ability to plan and organize activities and resources within projects
• Strong skills in managing budget, schedule, scope, and risk using tools like Google Workspace and/or M365
• High communication skills with clients in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
• Analytical skills to anticipate project challenges and adapt to new solutions and changing needs
• Proactive attitude and readiness to propose and implement new solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure), including functional and technical architecture
• Ability to apply cloud services to solve specific business problems
• Experience working with DevOps teams or as a business/system analyst
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM

• Planning, monitoring, and reporting on individual stages of projects conducted for external clients
• Collaborating with various teams within the organization on project preparation, execution, and settlement regarding schedule, budget, and scope
• Managing communication, risk, and quality within projects
• Monitoring and reporting project budgets and forecasts
• Preparing presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation including management, financial, and technical documents
• Participating in the preparation of substantive project concepts and offers
