• 7-10 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Experience in projects for the financial industry.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Designing according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
• Ability to create user maps, design interactions, and edge cases.
• Experience preparing handoff documentation for development teams.

• Designing and developing banking products focusing on consistency, scalability, and intuitiveness.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications (including RWD) using an internal Design System.
• Analyzing qualitative and quantitative research results and translating them into design decisions.
• Collaborating in an interdisciplinary product team with product managers, developers, business representatives, and other departments.
• Presenting design solutions and justifying decisions to stakeholders, emphasizing business value and user experience.
• Consulting and refining wireframes with developers and the product development team.
• Participating in UX research conducted by the bank, including preparing materials, analyzing results, and testing solutions in a dedicated research room.
• Working on the development of major banking systems and applications in Poland.
• Proposing UX solutions and presenting and defending them within the organization.
• Collaborating with a team of UX specialists and experts.
• Actively promoting UX knowledge within the organization.
• Monitoring UX/UI trends and implementing best design practices compliant with financial sector regulations.
