Wymagania
- Experience in product management for 3+ years in agile or scrum environments
- Strong technical skills, especially with APIs, Cloud Services, and Identity frameworks
- Ability to influence and understand technical solutions and estimate work complexity
- Knowledge of product management best practices and methodologies
- Good domain expertise in large complex domains
- Experience working with OKRs is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of technical debt impact and prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and people skills
- Great prioritization, time management, and decision-making skills
Obowiązki
- Understand Tesco’s technical landscape and API infrastructure to deliver organizational value
- Create clear and actionable documentation for engineering teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
- Manage stakeholders effectively across engineering, senior team members, suppliers, partners, and vendors
- Prioritize tasks and manage time using a value-based approach
- Apply a methodical and analytical problem-solving approach
- Learn new product areas and domains quickly
- Present and persuade effectively
- Collaborate as a team player
- Take ownership, be responsive, and committed to assigned work
- Make strong decisions and prioritize under trade-offs and time constraints
- Apply Agile methodologies and write effective user stories and acceptance criteria
