Business Analyst (AML/KYC)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst
• Experience in AML/KYC, particularly in implementing and developing KYC solutions
• Knowledge of key KYC processes including client onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment, and AML issues
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and system solutions
• Experience in business analysis and defining IT system requirements
• Experience in business process modeling and documentation, stakeholder collaboration (BPMN/UML knowledge is a plus)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Broad knowledge of business processes and their translation into system solutions

• Knowledge of key KYC processes such as client onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment, as well as AML topics
• Understanding practical aspects of AML/KYC processes and ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and system solutions
• Experience in business analysis and defining requirements for IT systems
• Experience in modeling and documenting business processes and collaborating with stakeholders (knowledge of BPMN/UML is an advantage)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Broad knowledge of business processes and ability to effectively translate them into system solutions
