Data Migration Specialist - Google Workspace

• Experience in data migration projects to Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Admin Console, and services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Shared Drives.
• Experience with migrations between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with migration tools and processes related to data and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work with large data volumes and enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, directory synchronization, and mail flow.
• Skills in migration planning and minimizing business impact.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication with users.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Plan and execute data migrations to the Google Workspace environment.
• Migrate emails, calendars, contacts, files, shared drives, and collaboration data.
• Perform migrations using the Base & Delta model.
• Ensure business continuity during migrations.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams during migration projects.
• Analyze dependencies, data mappings, and integrations between systems.
• Support migration projects from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Monitor data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Provide user support and post go-live activities after migration completion.
• Coordinate multiple migration streams simultaneously.
