SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Czech Payroll / PY CZ)

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong knowledge of Czech Payroll (PY CZ) and hands-on SAP HCM configuration/customizing experience to join an international implementation project.

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Experience with Czech Payroll (PY CZ)
• Hands-on SAP HCM configuration/customizing experience
• Full-cycle SAP HCM implementation experience
• Availability full time from 08.2026

Nice to have:

• Experience joining projects in-progress
• Experience in international rollout environments
• Experience working with Polish clients/projects

• SAP HCM Payroll configuration/customizing for Czech Payroll
• Participation in an ongoing SAP HCM implementation project
• Working with payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types
• Supporting workbook and implementation activities
• Cooperation with business stakeholders and project teams
• Analysis and optimization of payroll processes
• Support during testing and go-live preparation
