Wymagania

  • 6-7+ years of experience in Senior QA/test management or QA transformation.
  • Experience building or maturing a QA Center of Excellence or federated testing model.
  • Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, metrics, and governance.
  • Change management experience, especially moving teams from manual-heavy testing toward automation.
  • Strong consulting presence and communication skills.
  • Experience with modern QA tooling including:
    • Test Management: qTest
    • Performance & Load Testing: BlazeMeter
    • API Testing & Documentation: Bruno, Swagger (OpenAPI)
    • Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright
    • CI/CD & Test Integration: Azure DevOps (ADO)

Obowiązki

  • Establish a data-driven quality framework to ensure quality is measurable, transparent, and continuously improved through metrics.
  • Lead the transformation of the QA organization from predominantly manual testing to a fully automated, AI-enabled testing ecosystem.
  • Act as a change agent, influencing and coaching teams toward adopting modern testing practices and an automation-first mindset.
  • Define and govern the overall Testing Strategy, including clear entry and exit criteria (KPIs) for all project deliveries.
  • Deliver structured and executive-level reporting covering testing progress, defect status and trends, risks and blockers, and Go/No-Go recommendations for releases.
  • Implement a federation approach for testing practice between the Enterprise and Digital teams due to different working practices.
