AI Engineer – RAG & Document Intelligence

The AI Engineer will develop an innovative AI platform for a Consumer Health company, enabling business users to access and utilize information within complex documents. The project involves building greenfield AI capabilities as part of an international team.

• Strong Python programming skills with experience in Generative AI systems.
• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).
• Deep understanding of RAG pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of document parsing and RAG solutions.
• Proficiency in API development and integration.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI observability and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic engineering mindset.
• Proficient in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Databricks GenAI products.
• LLM context and prompt engineering knowledge.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Knowledge of knowledge management principles.

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using Python.
• Extract structured meaning from various unstructured document formats.
• Develop robust document parsing pipelines.
• Create end-to-end RAG pipelines focusing on document ingestion and retrieval accuracy.
• Build automated testing frameworks and support A/B testing.
• Develop reusable frameworks and components for the AI engineering team.
