We are looking for a dedicated Workday Technical Specialist to join our HR Technology Team. In this role, you will serve as the integrations specialist focused on designing and building integrations with multiple tools that need to work in sync with Workday.


Wymagania

  • Deep expertise in Workday Studio integrations.
  • Proficiency in Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
  • Expert-level skills in Workday reporting and business process configuration.
  • Expertise in Workday security configuration.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, XPATH, and JSON.
  • Experience or strong understanding of AI tools for project documentation analysis and process automation.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for integration and functional validation.
  • Strong business analysis skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to mentor and conduct technical knowledge transfer.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with HR and Finance stakeholders.

Obowiązki

Workday Technical Mastery:

  • Develop, deploy, and debug complex Workday Studio integrations.
  • Build and manage EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, and Custom Reports as a Service (RaaS).
  • Create Composite Reports, calculated fields, and combine unrelated data sources for advanced analytics.
  • Configure and optimize complex multi-step business process definitions.
  • Configure security groups, domain security policies, and user-based security models.

Software & AI Application Skills:

  • Use XML, XSLT, XPATH, and JSON for integration mapping and transformation.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) to analyze project documentation, generate test cases, and identify process automation opportunities.
  • Apply testing methodologies and tools for integration and functional validation.

Professional and Consulting Skills:

  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and project scope documentation.
  • Mentor colleagues and conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with functional HR and Finance stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build, deploy, and maintain Workday Studio Integrations connecting enterprise systems with external payroll, benefits providers, and service platforms.
  • Design and implement Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for data import and export.
  • Configure and develop Workday business processes to streamline HR workflows and automate tasks.
  • Create and maintain advanced Workday reports including Composite and Matrix Reports.
  • Manage Workday security profiles and models to enforce security and data access integrity.
  • Mentor and collaborate with HR Tech team members to enhance technical expertise.
  • Serve as Business Analyst to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop technical specifications.
  • Build QA unit and system test plans, execute testing, and create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions within production tenants.
  • Collaborate globally during overlapping USA business hours to support teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
