CRM Integration Developer | Deloitte Digital

Deloitte is offering a role focused on integration development within enterprise and customer ecosystem platforms, involving global projects and cooperation with experienced Salesforce Architects and Developers.

• 5+ years of professional experience in integration development or backend engineering
• Strong experience with integration frameworks and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kong, Apache Camel, Boomi, or similar technologies
• Experience integrating CRM, customer engagement, and SaaS platforms
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, API security, and API lifecycle management
• Experience designing and supporting event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot or similar backend technologies
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native integration architectures
• Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Valid EU work permit

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions across customer ecosystem platforms and enterprise applications
• Build and optimize API-based integrations, event-driven workflows, and middleware services
• Develop and manage integrations using platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kong, or similar integration technologies
• Integrate CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Creatio, and related systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect internal and external customer-facing systems
• Implement and maintain API gateways, integration patterns, and orchestration workflows
• Improve integration observability, monitoring, logging, reliability, and performance
• Support cloud-native integration deployments in AWS and Kubernetes environments
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for integration services
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to integration strategy and best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable integration code and configurations
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge sharing
