SaaS Project Manager with English and German (m/f/x)

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and German (C1).
• Proven project management experience (2+ years), preferably in IT environments.
• Hands-on experience in direct client communication and relationship management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Asana or similar software.
• Solid understanding of Software as a Service Implementation Projects.
• Ability to quickly adapt and change course to meet changing project demands.
• Passionate about working with international customers and comfortable with complex topics and conflicting priorities.
• Outstandingly collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.

• Prepare and deliver project presentations, status updates, and project summaries for clients and internal teams.
• Plan and coordinate team tasks in close collaboration with Team Leads and Software Engineers.
• Estimate project timelines, expected workload, and implementation effort.
• Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams and support pre-sales discussions with clients.
• Actively work on designing and improving project management standards and templates.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential escalations.
• Ensure open, transparent communication amongst project teams, the department, and the business.
