MFA Business Analyst

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analysis and process mapping capabilities.
• Proven experience with large global deployments, ideally MFA or similar security projects.
• Familiarity with MFA and phishing-resistant authentication including FIDO.
• Skilled in Jira/Confluence and data-driven reporting (Power BI/Excel).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to challenge and drive clarity among senior stakeholders.

• Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming for reporting and insights.

• Lead requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews) and maintain documentation.
• Facilitate gap analysis, translate results into epics/user stories, and manage acceptance criteria.
• Capture requirements for MFA, passwordless, and FIDO adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business units, IAM security teams, and engineering squads.
• Present updates, clarify decisions, and communicate technical topics to varied audiences.
• Document current vs future-state flows and define operational handoffs.
• Create user journeys, including fallback and recovery options where necessary.
• Partner with PMs and technical teams to prepare PoC, pilot, and global rollout.
• Assist in readiness activities, communications preparation, and impact assessments.
• Maintain Confluence/Jira artefacts; produce insights using Power BI/Excel.
• Track dependencies, risks, and decisions to support audit and delivery governance.
