Senior Enterprise Architect

SquareDev participates in research projects across Europe and collaborates with top universities and enterprises on AI, Data, and Cloud.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Enterprise Architect role.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least one certification among Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA), Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect, CISSP-ISSAP, ITIL v3 Master, or CCBA (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience building EA culture and practices in an organization.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise and business architecture design, value streams, and capability maps.
• Good knowledge of EA domains, maturity models, and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or Azure Well-Architected.
• Proficiency with modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
• Experience in the governance of the architecture function.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• English C1 level certification.

• Establish enterprise architecture processes and support projects with planning, risk and change management, and architectural compliance.
• Design and communicate the enterprise architecture, maintain the architecture repository, and define interoperability between systems.
• Gather requirements, map business goals to system features, build transition roadmaps, and prepare documentation and presentations.
• Assess architecture maturity, analyze business processes and IS portfolios, and conduct cost/benefit analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
