IT HelpDesk Technician (M/F/D)

• Experience in administration of MDM systems and network systems
• Knowledge of hardware: Apple devices, Windows laptops, Android phones, Chromebook laptops, printers, scanners, Synology NAS
• Knowledge of software: iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, Android
• Technical education (IT, electronics, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user IT support or Service Desk role
• Intermediate German language skills
• Professional user support and customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of networking and technical problem solving
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Provide first and second line support to end users both in the office and remotely
• Support devices including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace end-user devices according to IT standards
• Handle tickets and incidents according to established SLAs
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and group memberships
• Conduct comprehensive IT onboarding for new employees
• Manage IT equipment inventory
• Prepare and update technical documentation
