• Minimum 2 years of experience in process design, ideally in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of BPMN and experience with tools such as Camunda, MS Visio, Draw.io, Adonis.
• Ability to use Jira and Confluence.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

• Experience in Agile and leading optimization projects.

• Design and improve processes that determine efficiency and quality of work in a large company.
• Analyze business processes to identify time losses and propose changes.
• Model processes in BPMN to create clear maps facilitating implementations.
• Propose improvements leading to real savings and better quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement new processes and standards.
• Monitor effectiveness by setting KPIs and KRIs.
• Participate in transformation projects to change organizational operations.
• Coordinate changes ensuring communication and process consistency across the company.
