The Data Platforms Specialist/JM ensures reliable, governed and accessible data to support digital operations across CX Teams in Central Europe. The role acts as the business owner (SPOC) for dashboards and data availability, translating business needs into clear requirements and partnering with IT and data teams to deliver scalable Power BI dashboards and consistent KPI definitions.
This role focuses on building data foundations, reporting products and access governance rather than ongoing performance analysis. It enables markets and teams to confidently self‑serve insights.
Wymagania
- 2+ years in data enablement, reporting, BI/dashboarding or digital analytics
- Ability to translate business needs into reporting requirements and user stories
- Tools: Power BI, Excel (required); GA4/Adobe knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with IT/data teams (backlog, testing, releases)
- Understanding of data governance (access, roles, consistency, documentation)
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Proactive, structured, independent, delivery‑focused
Obowiązki
- Dashboard Ownership & Delivery (Business SPOC)
- Own the pipeline of dashboards and reporting products based on business demand
- Translate business questions into KPI definitions, data requirements, dashboard wireframes and acceptance criteria
- Define delivery milestones and partner with ITD/IDT to drive end‑to‑end delivery
- Organize UAT/testing, coordinate fixes and confirm readiness for rollout (business sign‑off)
- Ensure required data is available, clean and reliably flowing into dashboards
- Coordinate data clarifications and improvements with ITD/IDT (e.g., missing fields, mapping issues, refresh failures, KPI mismatches)
- Maintain documentation of data sources, KPI definitions and known limitations
- Manage access for EM & Area teams and ensure proper governance
- Act as the single point of contact for reporting products: triage requests, prioritize needs and support adoption
- Serve as SPOC for Data IDT, GCX Data Stream and Growth Hub topics related to dashboards and data products
- Align markets and streams on definitions and requirements to ensure consistency across CE
- Create and share best practices for data collection and visualization with IDT, Regional Team and EM CX
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting workflows and propose automation, simplification and standardization
- Improve reliability of reporting outputs (refresh stability, fewer manual workarounds, clearer ownership)
- Act as Data Innovation SPOC: support rollout of AI data products across CE, representing CX business needs
