• Experience in IT procurement processes
• Higher education (preferred fields: economics or technical studies)
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Developed analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively prioritize tasks
• Very good communication skills
• Goal-oriented attitude
• Professionalism, reliability, and high level of engagement in duties

• Preparing and conducting procurement procedures for the IT area (sourcing – RFP, RFQ)
• Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers
• Managing assigned purchasing categories
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies
• Preparing and negotiating contract terms in accordance with internal organizational regulations
• Monitoring market best practices and trends in IT procurement
• Conducting market analyses regarding IT solutions and their suppliers (RFI)
• Executing supplier qualification processes and ongoing evaluation of cooperation
