CRM Analysis and Reporting Expert

• Very good knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Experience in CRM, marketing analytics, customer analytics, or campaign management
• Ability to independently conduct analyses and draw business conclusions
• Experience analyzing campaign effectiveness and interpreting metrics such as uplift, ROI, conversion, response rate
• Ability to present analysis results in a simple and business-oriented manner
• Proactivity and ownership
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, SPSS Modeler, Python
• Experience in banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of RTM, Next Best Action recommendations, or hyperpersonalization
• Experience collaborating with ML/AI models
• Knowledge of campaign environments and marketing automation

• Creating analyses, insights, and recommendations supporting CRM activities
• Designing segmentation, targeting logic, and communication personalization mechanisms
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and RTM activities
• Collaborating on the development of CRM environment, recommendation engines, and propensity/churn models
• Building dashboards, KPIs, and reports supporting business decisions
• Translating data into concrete actions and recommendations for the business
• Cooperating with marketing, sales, data science, digital, and IT teams
• Developing analytical standards, data quality, and data-driven approaches in the organization
• Participating in initiatives related to AI, automation, and hyperpersonalization of communication
