Business Analyst – Consumer IT Solutions (Finance), Kraków

Its Consumer Packaging business in Europe supplies paper-based packaging, leaflets, and labels for various industries including food and beverage, healthcare, beauty and personal care, and premium wines and spirits. The European Consumer Packaging operation has more than 5,500 colleagues across 10 countries and approximately 34 operating locations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst, IT, or Finance-related roles.
• Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Invoicing.
• Experience working in technology or IT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or exposure to ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of integration and automation (API, EDI, RPA).
• Experience with operational management systems.
• Background in manufacturing, packaging, or printing industry.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Experience in international environments.

• Provide ongoing support for business applications, particularly within the Finance module.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new demands and change requests.
• Understand business challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and IT partner for Finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Europe.
• Support the implementation and optimization of finance-related processes (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Invoicing).
• Drive improvements through automation and system integration (EDI, API, RPA).
• Participate in system implementations.
• Provide training and ensure adoption of standard processes and solutions.
• Ensure alignment with standard models and promote best practices.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support change management initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support change initiatives.
• Participate in international projects.
• Travel to offices and production sites across Europe as required.
