Wymagania
- Higher education (preferably in IT-related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of IT service delivery processes.
- Knowledge of IT performance and quality monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL methodology.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of English enabling fluent communication.
Obowiązki
- Manage the IT service delivery process ensuring high quality and compliance with established SLAs.
- Coordinate IT work to resolve issues.
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal clients.
- Identify process optimization areas and implement improvements.
- Monitor IT services and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage projects related to the implementation of business process monitoring supported by IT.
