Senior Business Consultant

Hycom is engaged in providing consulting services in digital transformation, solution architecture, and development of modern IT platforms supporting customer service, sales, self-service, e-commerce, omnichannel, and business processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technology consultant, business/system analyst, or architect.
• Ability to communicate freely with management and technical experts.
• Experience conducting workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions.
• Knowledge of enterprise-class systems (e-commerce, portals, CRM, integration systems).
• Very good command of English (minimum C1) enabling smooth work with foreign clients.
• Independence, analytical thinking, and readiness to work with incomplete information.
• Consulting maturity, responsibility for work quality, ability to build client relationships, and willingness to co-create solutions supporting business goals.

• Provide consulting for Hycom clients in digital transformation, solution architecture, and development of modern IT platforms.
• Conduct business, process, and system analyses for consulting and architectural projects.
• Lead workshops with clients (discovery, scoping, design thinking) to define problems and requirements.
• Define IT solution concepts and design high-level architecture for customer-facing systems and enterprise platforms.
• Actively participate in presales processes, preparing substantive concepts and cost estimates for analytical and architectural work.
• Build partnership relationships with clients and act as a "bridge" between business and technology.
