Junior IT Support Specialist

OChK is a leading cloud services provider in Poland with experience in advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. They develop services on their proprietary OChK Platform and on cloud platforms of strategic partners Google and Microsoft. OChK supports nearly 400 organizations across various sectors including public institutions, private companies, corporations, supervised entities, and startups.

• High communication skills and proactive approach to helping internal users and problem solving
• Experience working with Apple hardware
• User-level knowledge of Google Workspace tools
• User-level knowledge of Windows and Linux server systems
• Basic knowledge of IT environment virtualization
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, monitoring systems, backups, and operating systems
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Ability to work in a team
• English language proficiency sufficient for technical communication

Nice to have:

• Ability to quickly diagnose hardware and system issues in a mixed Windows/macOS environment

• Providing assistance to OChK employees in resolving hardware, system, and corporate application issues
• Handling requests in the ticketing system and ensuring high-quality end-user support
• Installing and configuring new workstations and devices, especially within the Apple ecosystem
• Participating in administration of a large cloud platform using VMware and supporting client environments in public clouds (Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure)
• Participating in projects related to development and optimization of existing systems and maintaining quality technical documentation
• Working with Google Workspace tools to support daily collaboration and work organization
