CSR AI Solution Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves engineering AI-enhanced solutions for cybersecurity monitoring, observability, and vulnerability remediation using technologies such as LLMs, Python (FastAPI), React, and Splunk ITSI within a cloud-driven ecosystem.

• Advanced experience in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and pipeline design
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Groovy
• Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI-based microservices and AI integration)
• Practical experience with AI/LLM platforms, SDKs, and orchestrating AI agents
• Understanding of AGUI/React for dynamic, interactive AI-driven interfaces
• Knowledge of configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment strategies in secure environments
• Strong knowledge of REST API development, testing, and security
• Experience with Splunk ITSI for operational monitoring and observability frameworks
• Solid database experience with SQL and NoSQL and performance optimization techniques

Nice to have:

• Exposure to quantum computing challenges and next-gen cryptographic technologies
• Previous experience integrating AI models with enterprise-scale systems in regulated environments

• Develop advanced AI-driven security solutions including vulnerability remediation and automated patching systems
• Design and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Deliverance
• Automate release workflows and integrations using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Groovy
• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices with Ansible for configuration and provisioning
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate them with various SQL/NoSQL databases
• Develop AI-powered workflows integrating LLMs and AI agents using LangGraph or OpenAI SDK
• Create intelligent UI components using React (AGUI) to enhance user experience for AI solutions
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with global cybersecurity standards
• Collaborate globally with AI governance, CTO teams, and security engineering stakeholders
