• Proven experience in Internal Communication.
• Knowledge of process specific systems/tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and guide communication best practices.
• Can work independently with stakeholders and marketers on content pieces and campaigns.
• Bachelor degree.

• Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant in Internal Communication area.
• Plan communication campaigns and events, send follow-ups, identify and log risks, obtain approvals, manage timeliness, resources, and execution.
• Ensure alignment with senior stakeholders on campaigns, events, and the annual Qualtrics survey.
• Secure strategic elements of internal communications as well as urgent messaging.
• Handle regular communication with Client counterparts and build relationships for future delivery.
• Process client escalations.
• Keep all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes.
• Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.
