Wymagania

  • Fluent French (min. C1) and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or an international contact center environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with capability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Review and validate customer interactions (email, chat, calls) to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Identify errors or inconsistencies and contribute to continuous process and quality improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using available tools and knowledge bases.
  • Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
