AI Senior Advisor

Convista Poland is developing its artificial intelligence area and seeks a professional to help clients effectively translate AI technology into practical solutions with measurable business value. The role involves strategic and advisory responsibilities, prioritizing, guiding organizations through complex decisions, and taking accountability for outcomes.

• Several years of experience in business or IT consulting, preferably in healthcare, public sector, or social insurance.
• At least 5 years working with AI solutions in enterprise environments, actively involved in implementation, development, and scaling.
• Proven success in client development: building AI offerings or portfolios and supporting sales activities.
• Experience in creating AI strategies and leading AI governance and organizational transformation towards data-driven approaches.
• Good understanding of Sovereign AI concepts such as data sovereignty, model transparency and controllability, on-premise or EU hosting, and Human-in-the-Loop approach.
• Experience designing AI, data, and cloud solution architectures, selecting components, deployment models, and integrating with existing enterprise environments.
• Practical knowledge of AI and data protection regulations, especially AI Act and GDPR, with ability to translate legal requirements into project, organizational, and technological solutions.
• Fluent communication at management level with developed leadership skills to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), willing to travel for projects.
• Higher education in computer science (including business informatics), AI, or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the public sector, especially health insurance or social insurance.
• Knowledge of BSI Grundschutz or similar security standards.
• Experience in management or IT consulting.

• Responsible for AI area both strategically and operationally.
• Develop AI programs, initiatives, and projects for clients in public health insurance and social insurance sectors.
• Design and implement comprehensive AI strategies, including business models, processes, and embedding them into enterprise architecture.
• Translate AI capabilities into real business value such as improved service quality, process efficiency, IT modernization, and enhanced customer experience.
• Advise clients on responsible AI use, navigating applicable regulations and compliance requirements including AI Act, GDPR, and BSI Grundschutz.
• Co-create and guide AI solution architecture ensuring production readiness and alignment with client IT architecture.
