• Ensure smooth coordination of advertising campaigns from order to implementation, collaborating with clients, project managers, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with media planning agencies and/or direct clients.
• Respond quickly to issues, handling problematic situations creatively and promptly.
• Represent the organization's values and interests, ensuring quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and timely feedback.
