Senior Organisational Change Management Lead - Manufacturing sector

• 15 years of experience in Business transformation and change management, ideally in a top tier consultancy
• Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP/proposal creation
• Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile, and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
• Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across client engagements
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
• Project-related mobility and willingness to travel

• Lead and manage Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects
• Provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
• Strengthen and develop the Organisational Change Management (OCM) community including market positioning, service development, project and team management
• Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities including proposal creation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
• Lead, build, and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and developing new firm-wide solutions
• Design, develop, and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans
• Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in the Manufacturing sector, including Automotive and Aerospace
• Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
• Lead and mentor other consultants within the WX Practice
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development
