• Comprehensive knowledge of administrative tasks and processes for Windows and Linux systems.
• Good understanding of typical DevOps patterns: CI/CD, Configuration as Code, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, FinOps, 12-Factor App.
• Extensive experience with virtual machines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in administering clusters and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge and experience in network topologies and typical components.
• Experience configuring and maintaining high availability (HA) services.
• Ability to use the latest AI tools to support work.
• Communicative level of English.

• Practical experience with cloud services.
• Experience with Self Hosted services.
• Experience in Platform Engineering.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi.
• Experience leading a DevOps team.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure based on Windows and Linux systems, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
• Building and developing CI/CD processes and implementing DevOps best practices including Configuration as Code, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, FinOps, and 12-Factor App.
• Managing environments based on virtual machines and containers (Docker, Kubernetes), including configuration, scaling, and monitoring clusters.
• Administering databases (primarily PostgreSQL) and clusters ensuring high availability (HA) of key services.
• Designing and maintaining network topologies and components with focus on reliability and communication security.
• Automating repetitive administrative and operational tasks using modern tools, including AI-based solutions.
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents and continuously improving operational and reliability processes (SRE).
• Collaborating with development and product teams to deliver consistent, well-documented platform solutions.
• Participating in the development of DevOps culture within the organization and sharing knowledge with team members.
