Specjalista Wsparcia IT (K/M)

• Minimum secondary technical education (informatics, telecommunications, or related).
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support / Helpdesk.
• Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user and group management, password resets).
• Knowledge of Apple devices support and basic configuration.
• Ability to solve basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of IT security principles including software legality, data protection, and access control.
• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization.
• Communication skills and high personal culture.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and IT process improvement.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to other company locations.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation tools.
• Experience with MDM systems (e.g., Intune, Famoc).
• Participation in IT projects (migrations, software implementations, environment standardization).
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and ITIL best practices.
• Driving license category B.

• Provide technical support to users locally and remotely.
• Resolve current IT issues reported by users, including hardware, software, and resource access problems.
• Handle tickets in the ticketing system, including classification, escalation, and documentation of actions.
• Install and configure Digital Workstations including computers (Windows, macOS), phones (Android, iOS), tablets (Android, iOS), and perform minor service tasks.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Monitor and update software, including operating systems and user applications.
• Support IT department implementation and modernization projects.
• Create and develop technical documentation and internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with business departments on IT improvements.
• Participate in activities enhancing IT security (data protection, access control, encryption).
• Conduct periodic IT equipment inventory and technical inspections.
• Support the development of competencies of junior team members and participate in onboarding new employees.
