IT Analyst - AFTERNOON HOURS

CFO Solutions is a professional services organization focused on improving clients' ability to plan, report, and analyze financial and operational information by implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence Solutions. The company provides finance business process design, software implementations, and support services to enhance decision-making capabilities. CFO Solutions is a rapidly growing EPM solution provider with a team of consultants experienced in technology and finance, including former CFOs, CIOs, Big 4 consultants, and CPAs.

• Basic knowledge of financial systems and data management concepts, typically obtained through coursework in Information Systems
• Understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
• Knowledge of common financial statements
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence
• Collaborative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in groups with high personal accountability
• Eagerness and discipline to develop new skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• University degree or industry equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Systems

Nice to have:

• Exposure or understanding of EPM systems
• Exposure to OneStream, Planful, or Board International software
• Proficiency in languages other than English, particularly Italian

• Identifying, documenting, and managing client business requirements
• Supporting application configurations and interfaces, testing, and user training
• Preparation of data files, loading data, and reconciling data
• Developing interactive dashboards, views, input forms, and reports to collect and display data
• Communicating professionally with clients and CFO Solutions project teams
• Communicating with clients about adjustments or optimization needs for their current application
• Identifying business needs and defining administrative processes
• Contributing to projects in functional and technical design, build, and testing stages of implementations
• Learning EPM software through online and internal peer-to-peer trainings
• Engaging in strengthening core consulting and technology skills
• Managing time and schedules effectively when assigned to multiple clients and/or projects

This position requires availability to work second shift (from 2pm to 10pm). The position is primarily remote; however, during the three-month probation period, in-person meetings at the Krakow office several times per month are required.
