Comarch ERP XL Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Comarch ERP XL Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to support and further develop a mature ERP XL environment within a manufacturing organization. The system is already highly developed and integrated with dedicated WMS solutions. This role will focus on analyzing business needs, optimizing existing ERP processes, supporting further system development, and acting as a bridge between business users, external vendors, and technical teams.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Comarch ERP XL / CDN XL
• Strong understanding of ERP XL modules and data structures
• Very good SQL / T-SQL skills and experience working directly with ERP databases
• Experience with procedures, functions, triggers, and reporting solutions (e.g. Crystal Reports)
• Ability to combine business analysis with technical understanding of ERP environments
• Experience working with manufacturing or warehouse/logistics processes is a strong advantage
• Fluent Polish and communicative English

• Analyze and optimize existing business processes within Comarch ERP XL
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system improvements
• Support further development and customization of the ERP XL environment
• Work closely with finance, logistics, warehouse, and production stakeholders
• Write and optimize SQL queries, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Support reporting and data analysis activities within ERP XL databases
• Cooperate with external vendors and IT partners on system enhancements and integrations
• Troubleshoot complex ERP XL issues and support key users across the organization
• Participate in further development of the company’s internal ERP competencies
