SAP Logistics Business Process Owner (MM / SD)

We are currently looking for an SAP Logistics Business Process Owner to join an international manufacturing organization and support global SAP and process transformation initiatives across multiple production plants worldwide. The position reports directly to the Global Director Operations and offers strong exposure to international stakeholders and global transformation projects.

• Experience in SAP rollout, deployment, process coordination or business process ownership roles
• Strong understanding of SAP-supported logistics and manufacturing processes
• Experience with SAP MM, SD or production-related processes
• Background as a Business Process Owner, Global Key User, SAP Rollout Lead, SAP Application Specialist or similar
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in international and cross-functional structures
• Experience coordinating workshops, testing, trainings and hypercare activities
• Very good English skills

Optional:

• Experience in global SAP rollout programs
• Exposure to process harmonization initiatives across multiple plants
• Previous cooperation with external SAP implementation partners
• Understanding of end-to-end logistics and production processes

• Drive and coordinate international SAP rollout activities across global manufacturing plants
• Support global process standardization and harmonization initiatives
• Act as the key interface between plants, business stakeholders and central SAP teams
• Coordinate workshops, testing activities, trainings, cutover and hypercare support
• Support logistics and production-related process improvements within SAP environments
• Gather, challenge and align business requirements across international locations
• Drive change management and user adoption during SAP transformation initiatives
• Build and maintain a global SAP Key User network
• Ensure sustainable implementation of business processes and SAP solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and manufacturing operations
