AI Security Architect (K/M)

Alior Bank is a financial institution employing over 800 IT specialists using 15 platforms, 14 frameworks, more than 50 infrastructure technologies, and 10 databases. The technology stack includes modern solutions such as Kafka and Kubernetes. The IT department works in agile models using Scrum and Kanban. The bank focuses on innovation in mobile banking and implements advanced IT security and risk control measures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security Architecture or Cloud Security
• Practical experience in designing security for AI/ML solutions
• Very good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Security Stack
• Ability to conduct risk analysis including threat modeling and defining mitigations
• Understanding of threats specific to AI solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of regulations related to cloud and AI solutions (e.g., EU AI Act)
• Knowledge of GCP and its security solutions
• Practical knowledge of Terraform

• Design security architecture for AI/ML solutions, including generative models and LLMs, in cloud and hybrid environments
• Define and implement control, monitoring, and supervision mechanisms for AI systems in the organization
• Configure and develop security systems, especially Defender for Cloud, Defender for AI, Sentinel, Purview, and EDR/XDR solutions
• Design and implement technical security policies for AI solutions (e.g., access to models and training data, logging, auditing, environment separation)
• Identify risks and threats related to AI product deployment (e.g., data leakage, prompt injection, model poisoning)
• Develop and implement risk mitigations including technical and process controls
• Collaborate with teams responsible for regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, DORA, AI Act)
• Build and promote best practices in AI Security within the organization
