Business Expert - FlexHub - Payment Transactions (m/f/d)

Commerzbank's internal delivery capability team called FlexHub consists of engineers, architects, analysts, and experts working directly with business units. The team is based in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Łódź and focuses on driving high-priority initiatives and building internal expertise that lasts.

• Proven ability to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Expertise in payments transactions within banking.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Deep understanding of User Stories.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Polish at minimum B2 level.

• Understand and analyze business requirements for current and target states.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Design and develop functional solutions including IT concepts.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT, advising on technical and functional solutions or application setups.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Manage tasks, workflows, and project tracking using Jira.
• Create, refine, and prioritize User Stories.
• Cooperate within Agile teams and contribute to iterative project delivery.
• Create high-quality, detailed documentation to support functional and technical specifications.
