Product Engineer

Boldare is a software company that helps businesses build and transform with AI. They have been called pioneers of Agile in Poland and are now building AI-native delivery. They work across time zones, mostly asynchronously, with clients who trust them to figure things out, not just execute specs.

• Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript/TypeScript with engineering thinking prioritized over specific language.
• Real, daily use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into real projects.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders, able to conduct technical conversations independently.
• Full-stack capability with backend strength and ability to handle frontend tasks.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered automations.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and context design.
• Consulting or product mindset, able to work in undefined problem spaces without freezing.

• Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery without intermediaries.
• Build end-to-end solutions across the stack, backend-heavy but also handling frontend tasks when needed.
• Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, architecture decisions, and other tasks to increase speed and quality.
• Build AI-powered features and integrations such as agents, LLM-based workflows, and RAG systems.
• Help clients understand AI possibilities beyond their initial requests.
