Junior Atlassian Engineer (k/m) [50-71 zł/h netto + VAT B2B <br> 7000-10000 zł brutto UoP]

Deviniti is hiring a Junior Atlassian Engineer to support, maintain, and develop Atlassian environments for Polish and international clients. The Atlassian Support team consists of 8 members working fully remotely in the Polish time zone.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Desk, IT Support, or Application Support
• User-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+
• Experience in direct client contact
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to develop in the Atlassian area
• Good communication with clients and team
• Responsibility for quality and timeliness of work
• Accuracy in documenting activities
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Ability to work in a remote team environment

• Support clients in daily use of Atlassian tools within the Atlassian Services unit
• Resolve tickets in 1st and 2nd line support
• Configure Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence projects, spaces, permissions, workflows, fields, automations, and plugins
• Monitor SLA and escalate complex issues
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, administrators, project managers, and technical teams
• Create and update technical documentation

Recruitment process consists of 4 stages: CV verification, initial interview (~30 minutes), recruitment meeting (~1 hour online), and decision within two weeks after the meeting.
