SAP Project Manager

Our client operates in the logistics sector and is engaged in global SAP Finance initiatives across multiple regions.

• At least 8 years of experience in managing complex, large-scale projects
• Proven track record of delivering SAP integration projects (minimum 2 as a lead Project Manager)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Finance-related initiatives
• Experience working in international project environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
• University degree
• Fluent English (C1)
• Eligibility to work in Poland

• Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance and system integration projects
• Managing initiatives such as SAP implementations, e-invoicing solutions, country rollouts, system upgrades, and reporting tools
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and risk management activities
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams across all project phases
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment
• Managing external vendors, partners, and consultants
• Facilitating workshops, project meetings, and executive presentations
• Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Ensuring alignment with internal PMO standards and governance frameworks
