Tech Lead .NET & Angular/React

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client operates in the financial sector.

• 7 years of commercial software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead.
• Experience in technical team leadership, including making and arguing technical decisions, responsibility for solution quality, and supporting developers via code review, mentoring, and technical consultations.
• Practical use of AI tools as part of daily development work and supporting the team in reasonable and safe use of such tools.
• Experience in frontend application development using Angular and React.
• Experience in projects for the financial sector.
• Very good practical knowledge of SQL, especially MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Very good knowledge of OOP, SOLID, Clean Code principles, design patterns, and architectural approaches such as Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with systems handling large data volumes, complex integrations, and extensive domain and process logic.
• Practical experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and OpenShift container platform.

• Technically lead the development team in daily work, including making and supporting technical decisions, planning work, task decomposition, estimations, and ensuring solution consistency and improving team workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, analysts, architects, and business to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and identify technical risks.
• Responsible for the technical quality of delivered solutions, including architecture consistency, code maintainability, security, performance, and compliance with organizational and architectural standards.
• Support developers through code reviews, mentoring, technical consultations, and promoting good engineering practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular/React) applications in complex and large-scale systems, including working with data and optimizing SQL queries and data models.
• Design integration solutions, asynchronous communication, and event-driven approaches supporting business processes based on workflow/BPM.
