Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Strong experience with DevOps in AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), supporting scalable data platforms (preferably Databricks, Snowflake acceptable)
• Practical experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions for infrastructure and data workloads
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and containerization (Docker)
• Experience with monitoring and observability using CloudWatch and Grafana to ensure reliability and performance of data pipelines
• Experience supporting dbt pipelines and workflow orchestration using Airflow or similar tools (Prefect, Dagster)
• Basic skills in Python and SQL to collaborate with Data Engineering teams
• Experience collaborating with data teams on managing and optimizing data infrastructure, lakehouse/warehouse environments, and ETL/ELT processes
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for international work environment

• Collaborating with Data Engineering teams to optimize lakehouse/data warehouse environments and ETL/ELT processes
• Implementing DevOps and DataOps best practices to reduce maintenance costs and increase platform stability
