Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing ERP solutions, and supporting implementation and development projects for our clients.

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP consulting and/or implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
• A strong understanding of finance
• Proven experience in Solution Design
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices
• Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Practical knowledge of SQL / T-SQL
• Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Analyzing client business needs and providing ERP consultancy
• Designing and configuring solutions within Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Participating in ERP implementation and development projects
• Cooperating with development teams on integrations and technical solutions
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and user support activities
• Ensuring solution quality in line with SDLC standards and ERP best practices
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to deliver business solutions

• Residing in Poland required
