Senior Java Developer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Recruitment process consists of 2 stages:
  • A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  • An online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development using Java 11+
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, CI/CD, and design patterns
• Comfortable working in Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and API-first approach (REST, Swagger, contracts)
• Experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Istio, Dynatrace)

Work mode is hybrid with office in Warsaw: residents of Warsaw come to the office once a week, others once every two weeks.
