Inżynier Systemowy/ SysOps (K/M/X)

Comarch Data Center designs and maintains IT infrastructure for global business, managing advanced Tier III and Tier IV infrastructure across 14 modern centers on 4 continents, operating in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.

• Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server systems in complex production environments
• Ability to administer and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Solid knowledge of virtualization platforms, storage area network (SAN) architecture, and backup systems
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools aiming to minimize manual work, including scripting and AI/AIOps elements
• Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and openness to working with AI tools is a plus
• Good knowledge of network architecture, separation principles, and security
• Focus on building secure solutions compliant with audits and regulations such as NIS2 and DORA
• English language proficiency sufficient for comfortable work in an international environment
• Proactivity, high sense of responsibility for the product, and readiness to work under time pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnership relations with technical teams (application developers) and clients

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining high availability and stability of commercial projects in the Data Center
• Eliminating repetitive tasks by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and optimizing procedures using modern tools
• Quickly and effectively diagnosing and resolving complex failures critical to business
• Independently planning and executing update/upgrade processes for operating systems, databases, and storage layers
• Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure clarity of automation and procedures for the entire team
• Close and proactive collaboration with application (Dev) teams, product teams, and internal and external clients, including advising, gathering requirements, and jointly optimizing infrastructure to ensure product quality, stability, and timely business goal achievement
