Specjalista ds. wdrożeń Comarch ERP Optima Handel/ logistyka (k/m/x)

PROFERIS Sp. z o.o. is an IT company operating since 2007, expanding its competencies and projects. The team consists of young, creative, and dynamic people working on complex projects. The company focuses on ERP software implementations and development, including Comarch ERP Optima and ERP XL, for production, trade, and service companies.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Comarch ERP Optima in logistics, sales, and warehouse management
• Proficient knowledge of Optima modules: Trade, Retail, Warehouse/Logistics
• Ability to analyze and adapt ERP solutions to individual business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ease in conducting training and direct user contact
• Independence and very good self-organization

Nice to have:

• Participation in at least two independent Comarch ERP implementations
• Knowledge of other Comarch ERP modules (e.g., Accounting, HR and Payroll, or Comarch ERP XL)
• Knowledge of SQL queries facilitating work with client databases

• Analyze business processes and design solutions tailored to client needs
• Configure and implement Comarch ERP Optima in logistics, sales, and warehouse management
• Perform integrations with other systems and solutions for Comarch ERP Optima
• Conduct user training and prepare instructions
• Handle helpdesk requests providing technical and substantive support to clients
• Execute basic SQL queries
• Continuously update knowledge on new features and changes in the system
