• Higher education in IT
• Experience in a similar position
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication and reading documentation
• IT knowledge sufficient to perform the described duties
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude and highly developed interpersonal skills

• Supervision of IT fixed assets in the company
• Administration of company accounts and internal systems
• Cooperation in servicedesk and cybersecurity: preparing reports, supervising their work, coordinating processes, and escalating issues if irregularities or delays are detected
• Developing, updating, implementing, and controlling IT procedures
• Developing and later controlling the IT budget implementation
• Managing IT projects
• Implementing IT improvement solutions in the company
• Preparing training for employees in various areas, including on an e-learning platform
• Searching for new solutions, collecting offers, recommending, and potentially implementing them
• Identifying, analyzing, assessing, and taking preventive actions regarding IT risks
• Supervising network infrastructure, servers, and implementing new solutions under an outsourcing agreement
• Supervising data and system protection against threats under an outsourcing agreement
