Specjalista / Specjalistka Service Desk

Penta Hospitals Polska is a leading group in the medical industry. It is the largest owner of hospitals and clinics in the private medical services market in Poland, with many years of experience and an established position. The position is for one of their facilities in the Mazowieckie region – Szpital św. Anny in Piaseczno (EMC Piaseczno sp. z o.o.).

• Good knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of the construction and configuration of PC computers
• Basic knowledge of IT network issues
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Service Desk / Helpdesk / IT support)
• Good work organization, independence, flexibility
• Positive attitude towards working with people and high personal culture
• Driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HIS systems (hospital or clinic IT systems)
• Experience in user support in the medical sector
• Owning a personal car

• Receiving and registering telephone reports from users in the system
• Direct and remote IT support for users in solving hardware and software problems
• Cooperation with internal support departments in handling reports
• Conducting user training on the use of IT systems
• Installation, configuration, and replacement of computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Installation and configuration of software
• Ensuring continuity of system operation in the assigned area
