We're recruiting for a global company from the banking sector. The position is responsible for the successful delivery of projects within the Funds Change team, focusing on Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Collateral & Reconciliation functions. The role involves continuous process improvement, efficient technical solution delivery, and managing complex cross-functional initiatives to standardize and optimize investment fund services.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience in a complex corporate environment, preferably in financial services.
- At least 3 years managing projects related to investment fund operations, specifically Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and/or Transfer Agency.
- Proficient in Project Management fundamentals.
- Experience in project risk assessment and mitigation.
- Experience leading project teams or cross-functional groups.
- Leadership qualities with ability to drive innovative approaches and self-dependent leadership style.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Nice to have:
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience overseeing multiple test projects, timelines, budgets, and quality gates.
- Experience defining overall test strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Experience working with external vendors/offshore teams.
Obowiązki
- Develop scope-aligned project plans and oversee multiple projects impacting Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Middle Office functions.
- Manage scope creep to ensure project objectives align with business goals.
- Identify and manage cross-team and regional dependencies to mitigate risks.
- Measure project success by business impact, value realization, and adoption of process/system changes.
- Drive communication and adoption strategies for process and system changes affecting multiple teams.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for project risks.
- Prioritize and manage resources to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Manage the book of work across different functions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Resolve conflicts within project teams or among stakeholders.
- Influence change at various organizational levels to promote adaptability and innovation.
- Lead system development and new business onboarding projects across Operations.
- Support manager with team meetings, feedback for 1-2-1s, appraisals, and fostering a professional working environment.
