Power BI Developer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience.
• Experience in creating Power BI solutions including report design, DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, preferably in Azure SQL or SQL Server environments.
• Experience building reports based on data warehouses, SQL views, and data layers prepared for reporting.
• Ability to work with complex, imperfect, and dynamically changing data models.
• Experience in data quality analysis, data reconciliation, and report validation.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts including fact tables, dimensions, and star schema.
• Experience implementing row-level security and managing report access.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and iteratively develop reports.
• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (advanced).

• Creating, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Building reports based on data from various sources including HubSpot, BambooHR, Monday.com, Excel/CSV, and Azure SQL Database.
• Analyzing data quality and validating report accuracy.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders in the development of reporting solutions.
• Documenting report logic and data flow.
