AI Developer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. They focus primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Practical experience with Azure AI/ML services, including several of: Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, model registries, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Very good programming skills in Python (preferred) or .NET (C#).
• Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) projects, including vectors, indexing, document processing, and normalization.
• Knowledge and practical application of prompt engineering.
• Experience in MLOps/DevOps for AI, including Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions), IaC (Bicep / Terraform), and creating reusable artifacts.
• Ability in advanced document processing (chunking: recursive, semantic, layout-aware).
• Knowledge of re-ranking techniques and improving response quality in agent systems.
• Experience in cost optimization of RAG solutions.
• Experience in deploying and scaling RAG systems in production environments.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, RAG, Python, Git, CI/CD, IaC.
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (basic).

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining AI/LLM services on Azure (inference, workflow orchestration, RAG, agents).
• Creating and optimizing prompts with versioning, evaluation, and quality monitoring of model responses.
• Integrating with domain systems (APIs) and building MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML components.
• Ensuring compliance with Data & AI Governance (including AI Act for high and limited risk systems) – documentation, human oversight, testing, transparency.
• Building and developing knowledge bases for AI – structuring, versioning, updating, and integrating with language models.
• Designing and implementing AI solutions in the Azure AI Foundry ecosystem, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), and RPA (UiPath).
• Knowledge transfer and AI competency development within the team.
