Java Developer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients in Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend development with Java (Java 8/11) and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of REST, Hibernate/JPA, design patterns, and Clean Code principles.
• Proficiency with GIT and experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitLab CI).
• Basic knowledge of Docker, relational databases (SQL), Redis or Hazelcast.
• Technical English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform), OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of HTTP/2, API contracts, and monitoring tools.
• Experience working on high-traffic and high-availability applications.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Creating backend for the IKO mobile application including design, coding, and testing.
• Building microservices and developing new business functionalities.
• Refactoring and introducing best practices in existing code.
• Creating unit, integration, and contract tests.
• Working with modern CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud solutions.
• Documenting solutions and participating in technical and integration analyses.
